Parfaits are ideal for a healthy summer breakfast, packed with the goodness of fresh fruits and chilled yogurt is an ideal way to start your day cool and to help regulate your digestive system and body temperature.
This berry and granola parfaits are my summer breakfast go tos! They are packed with protein and nutrients which help fill me up till lunch time or as an afternoon snack to get me through the rest of the day!
And the best part of the parfaits is how the oats granola helps add the crunch!
Here’s a list of benefits of a parfait:

Summer Parfait
A healthy, fresh and cool breakfast packed with nutrients for summer!.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (i mixed with a teaspoon of low sugared strawberry jam)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 banana sliced in chunks
- 6 fresh strawberries, sliced
- honey
Directions
- Add 2 tbsp of yogurt
- Top with blueberries
- Add 2 tbsp of yogurt
- Top with strawberries
- Add 2 tbsp of yogurt
- Top with bananas
- Add remaining yogurt
- Top with oats granola
- Drizzle with honey





Note :
- If you want to use this as a desert you can add whipped cream instead of yogurt
- You can also store the parfait for later by using a mason jar and a lid.
