Blue eye Makeup is in hot trend this spring., even the colour of the spring 2016 fashion runways were blue! From turquoise liners to cobalt eyeshadows, there are many ways to wear your blue eye shadow for this season!
To get you inspired, check out these makeup looks by makeup artist Rommy Najor.
Style 1
To create an impressionistic swoop, Najor used a slanted angle brush that he bought at an art-supply store (Make Up For Ever Brush #232 is a close match) and dipped it into Make Up For Ever Flash Color in Bright Blue. “All you have to do is make one swiping motion along the creases and along the outer corners,” he says.
Style 2
Najor finished with multiple coats of brown mascara on the top and bottom lashes. “Brown creates a softer look than if I used black,” he says
Style 3
Najor took the traditional smoky eye—dark shadow on the lids and a light one along the inner corners—and executed it in shades of blue. After coloring in the lids with black pencil (which intensifies any color you layer on top), he dusted on a sparkly midnight blue powder from Chanel Quadra Eye Shadow in Tissé Jazz and smudged it up to the brow bones and along the lower lashes. Then he took the lighter aquamarine shade in the palette and pushed it into the inner corners for an electric-bright highlight.
I find these styles very fresh and a great way to have fun with the hottest trend this season!
