With all the diet craze and weight gain concern I was wondering how I could replace all my favourite food with a healthier alternative, Since I and my husband love spaghetti I decided to see if there was any way I could substitute without any change in taste or flavour and if I could trick my husband into thinking this was the real deal!
When I went grocery shopping I came across Quaker Oats Flour spaghetti and was sceptical if this would work, I thought to give it a try.
I must say I’m very impressed with this product, it tasted just like the usual spaghetti but a much healthier version! It has the source of fibres from oats and made with high-quality Durum Wheat Semolina & Quaker Oats!
It takes around 10-12 mins to cook, and strain like how you would with a usual spaghetti.
