90’s Grunge Styling

Feels like 90’s teen spirit, looks like one of 2020’s fashion trends. Grunge fashion was first made popular back in the 1980s and 1990s.

“Grunge isn’t anti-fashion, it’s un-fashion. Punk was anti-fashion. It made a statement. Grunge isn’t about making a statement.” Yet it became the ultimate statement for many teens and young adults.

Today’s grunge fashion influencers holds true to the classic style. Whether styling them with combat boots, classic flannels, torn jeans, etc.

I loved this classy Shein Oversized T-shirt, you can either dress this up with some silk trousers or dress down with tights. But I wanted to use this true grunge style, so I paired it with a casual and baggy flap pocket and front tie jeans, for me this gave it a true 90s punk style.
