This is not just healthy but also detoxes, and helps banish your belly! You could also use this drink for your iftars this Ramadan, maybe a substitute to your faloodas! (Rose milk)

these are made with berries, you can choose to and watermelons, cucumbers, grapefruits and lime as well, all of these add a great element to a detox drink/water.
To do this, simply slice up some strawberries, blackberries, Lemon and mint, and add these to your pitcher of water.
- Roughly chopped mint
- Ice and water
- Sliced strawberries
- 2 sliced lemon
Step 1: Mix together all the ingredients in a glass
Step 2: Let this sit for at least 5 minutes in the fridge and enjoy.
