What is mental health?.. Well the proper definition to this would be:

Mental health is a level of psychological well-being, or an absence of mental illness. It is the “psychological state of someone who is functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment”.

It’s very crucial to focus on not only our physical health but most importantly our mental health. Your key to success and happiness depends on how strong your mental well being is.

Here are a few tips to follow which will help you maintain and take care of your mental health.

  3. Step out of your comfort zone πŸ™„
  4. Focus on the present ‘current moment’ 😊

  7. Remember the good times! go through your album and browse through your fun childhood times! 😁
  8. Bake a cake! something about baking fills your heart with joy!πŸŽ‚
  9. Make new friends, not from your colleagues or family!πŸ‘­
  10. Pursue a hobby! maybe an outdoor hobby which will help you physically as well!🏊🎻🎹
  11. You don’t have to do everything at once, try to minimize multi-tasking and learn to prioritize.βœ”

  13. Make a bucket list and try to accomplish most of it!πŸ‘‘
  14. Put down your phone, and focus and interact with your loved ones!πŸ“΅
